If you are entering a competition. Churnet Sound Radio will assume that you have read and that you agree to these terms and conditions.

 

To enter a competition you will need to follow the rules of that specific competition which will be found below alongside any specific terms for that competition.

 

To enter the competition you must be

1. Over the age of 18 at the date of competition 

2. Be a UK resident

3. Not a member, employee, Volunteer of Churnet sound or their immediate family.

4. Have completed the required entry requirements for the specific competition. 

 

 

Competitions are non purchase however you may incur a charge of your standard network rates if sending an SMS message.

 

Sending an email or text is not proof of us receiving your entry. Churnet Sound holds no responsibility for any lost entries.

 

Only one entry is accepted per person additional entries will not be taken into account.

 

Winners will be drawn at random from applicable entrants.

 

Winners will be contacted by telephone. These calls will be recorded and potentially used for promotional reasons. Winners may also need to participate in promotional activities.

 

The decision of the judge is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

Prizes are not transferable to any other person other than the one who is designated the winner. No monetary alternative is available for any prize nor as an alternative prize available.

 

Competition closing dates/ times will be specified by Churnet Sound and can be altered at any time by Churnet Sound.

MEDIUM SIZED CAR IS DEFINED AS 1600 SIZE (KIA CEED/ CITROEN C5)

THE WINNER CAN CHOOSE THE WEEKEND IN 2024 OF THEIR CHOICE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY
 

WEEKEND RENTAL RUNS FROM 2PM ON FRIDAY UNTIL 9AM MONDAY
