Den Siegertsz Is Back!

Den Siegertsz renowned BBC radio Stoke presenter is joining Churnet sound radio’s Sunday line up. Den has had a phenomenal career at the BBC but fell victim to the latest cuts. Starting in Mid-September Den will be back on air in Staffordshire and Cheshire in a new home, Churnet Sound radio. Den’s new show will be on DAB in north Staffordshire and South Cheshire every Sunday from noon. The new show is sponsored by Povey’s Oatcakes who’s made the show possible. Commenting Alex Povey said “Den prides himself on being north Staffordshire's finest, when I heard he was making a come back I was sure to change his vinyl's for oatcakes, the two just go hand in hand.” Den said “I'm absolutely thrilled to be returning to the airwaves at a station that actually care about their audience. I thank Joe matt and all at Churnet Radio for giving me the opportunity and in particular Alex Povey for sponsoring the show. After being over looked by my previous employer who chose freelancers to present and have me on the tea making/ phone answering duties its good to get back to what I do best.
