NORTHERN PREMIER LEAGUE PREVIEWS

LEEK Town host Gainsborough Trinity in the Northern Premier League Premier Division on Saturday afternoon.


The blues are currently in sixteenth in the table on fours points as are Trinity but with a better goal difference they are in thirteenth place.


Town lost last time out in the league to Mikleover while Gainsborough lost out to Hebburn Town.


MACCLESFIELD make the trip to Whitby Town, the silkmen are currently third in the table while Whitby have started the season well and are currently in seventh place.


Macclesfield drew 1-1 at Ilkeston Town last time out in the league while Town were held to a goalless draw at home to FC United of Manchester.


KIDSGROVE Athletic host Stalybridge Celtic on Saturday in the Northern Premier League West Division.


Kidsgrove after currently sixth in the table with Stalybridge currently third and Grove won 2-1 at Hednesford in midweek as they look to continue their good form. Celtic won 5-0 at Atherton Collieries last time out in the league as they will look to continue their form in the league.


HANLEY Town travel to Mossley hoping to kick start their campaign after just one draw so far this season which leave them in nineteenth place in the table while Mossley currently sit in eighth place.


The home side beat Clitheroe 3-0 last time out in the league at home while Hanley lost 3-1 at home to Nantwich Town.


NANTWICH Town host Wythenshawe in league action on Saturday.


The Dabbers won away at Hanley on Tuesday and will look to continue that form into the match on Saturday which has put them in fourteenth place in the table while the visitors are currently in twentieth place in the table.


Wythenshawe lost to the City of Liverpool in the league at home on Tuesday night losing 4-1.


NEWCASTLE Town travel to Wythenshawe Town on Saturday and will look to continue where they left off in the FA Cup on Tuesday night where they beat Westfields 2-0.


Both sides go into the clash unbeaten with Newcastle having secured two draws in their opening two league matches while Wythenshawe have won their opening two league games leaving them in fourth place in the table.


CONGLETON Town are in Isuzu FA Trophy Preliminary Round action on Saturday as they face a home tie against Ashington FC at the Cleric Stadium.
