Pictures: Writing Leek - A Local Writers Event at the Foxlowe Arts Centre

Our roving reporter was out and about in Leek this morning (19/3/22). This event included local writers and historians displaying their books and information. The Leek Town Mayor Lyn Swindlehurst opened the event with Bill Lomas who then read out a poem.

This was followed by creative writing readings from Borderland Voices and the U3A from Leek. These readings etc were going to be continuing during the day and local authors were also available to chat too.
