Police appeal after collision near Leek golf club
Police Officers on patrol reported a collision on Cheddleton Road, Leek, opposite the golf club.
The collision happened at approximately 4.15pm and involved a black Peugeot 107. It is believed the car collided with a parked silver Chevrolet Lumina.
The driver, a man in his 40s, was taken to the Royal Stoke University Hospital by ambulance. His injuries are not believed to be life threatening or life changing.
The A520 was closed whilst emergency services dealt with the incident which saw the air ambulance land near by.
